讲座内容:
In a brand crisis event, consumers generally consider the brand as responsible for the crisis, while the brand would find other external factors to blame. Four experiments showed that social exclusion changed how participants made attributions about a brand crisis event. Specifically, excluded persons were more prone than controls to see the event from the company’s (brand’s) perspective and to change their responsibility attributions in ways that reduced blame to the company. These effects were strongest among participants with high perspective taking abilities.
主讲人简介:
王紫薇,现任首都经济贸易大学工商学院营销系讲师,2015年毕业于北京大学光华学院市场营销系。主要研究兴趣为人际互动对消费者行为的影响,目前主要关注社会排斥的消费影响以及品牌排斥现象,相关论文曾发表在营销科学学报、心理学报及SSCI期刊上。
